Hamburger SV is interested in signing Fabio Vieira, with Costa flying to London for negotiations after Vieira completed preseason with Arsenal. Costa is set to meet with Fabio Vieira in London to discuss the transfer. The signing of Fabio Vieira could be a significant boost for Hamburger SV, who finished last season in 13th place in the Bundesliga, with 31 points, 7 wins, 10 draws, and 12 losses from 29 games, and have a weak defense with 45 goals conceded and a goal difference of -13. Fabio Vieira, who is currently under contract with Arsenal, could be a good addition to the Hamburger SV squad. Hamburger SV has shown in the past that it is willing to sign and develop young talent. Hamburger SV is not the only club interested in signing Fabio Vieira. Hamburger SV will therefore have to compete with other clubs to sign Fabio Vieira and improve its chances of a successful season, especially ahead of the next game against Borussia Dortmund on 29.08.2026.
