The HSV has announced the first details of its preparation for the 2026/27 Bundesliga season. From July 8 to 11, the team will hold a training camp in Helsingör, Denmark. Players and coaches will be accommodated at the Marienlyst Strandhotel on the Baltic coast. For the HSV, the training camp is the first major away station after the initial training session. Fans can look forward to it: The units will be publicly accessible, so that fans can observe their idols from close up. Further details on the complete summer schedule will be published by the Hamburgers in the coming weeks. Interesting is also the choice of location. Currently, the Danish national team uses the hotel in Helsingör as its base during the international match phase. Albert Grönbaek, who signed a long-term contract with the Rothosen on Friday, will also be there. The current co-partner will become the official partner of the HSV for the new season and will present the training camp. ENGEL-Deutschlandchef Lasse Drews explained: „With the expansion of our partnership with HSV, we have taken our cooperation to the next level and are very pleased to become the official partner of HSV from the next season.“ HSV-Finanzvorstand Eric Huwer also welcomed the continuation of the cooperation. „I look forward to the further joint cooperation and above all to the training camp in Denmark“, he is quoted in the official club statement. In addition to the presentation of the training camp, the expanded partnership includes the use of advertising spaces in the stadium as well as joint events. The lawn mowers of HSV will also be equipped with clothing from the company in the future. For the team, the sporting aspect is, however, clearly in the foreground. In Helsingör, the foundations for the second Bundesliga season after the promotion will be laid.
